ACC announces time for Showdown

The Dawgs and the Jackets will kickoff at 8pm November 28th and be shown on ABC announced the ACC on Monday morning. The last time the two faced off on the flats of Bobby Dodd stadium, the Dawgs squeaked a victory by the jackets when UGA's Tim Jennnings intercepted a Reggie ball pass in the red zone with 1:11 left to go in the game. Reggie was notorious for letting this game slip through his fingers and Jacket fans(along w/ UGA fans) will never let him forget it.

Last years victory for GT ended the seven year win streak for UGA and the Jackets are a much different team than that of the Chan Gailey era. With the programs heading in different directions this year, this game seems to be more anticipated this year than it has been for over a decade. Is this the beginning of a Paul Johnson winning streak in the matchup or can Coach Richt reclaim the intrastate rivalry.

The Dawgs would love nothing more than to shut Jacket fans up on there own campus, and the Jackets would love to give UGA fans more to complain about. The atmosphere is sure to be electric and full of good 'ol fashion hate.
